With a fine five star hotel for accommodation in Arachova and featuring 36 kilometers of varied slopes with  two fun parks, we feel skiing in Greece is a good choice for your ski or snowboard holidays.  The ski resort is located at about 200 kilometers from Athens airport and our packages include both round trip transportation to and from your hotel as well as to the slopes.  Of course skiing is not the only attraction for your holiday to Greece!  Apres ski in Arachova is truly something unique and an experience that you need to live it to believe it.

The picturesque village of Palaios Ayios Athanasios and Kaimaktsalan ski resort are a bit of a departure from our traditional winter holiday offerings.  Kaimaktsalan is a relatively small resort but what it lacks in number of ski slopes, Palaios Ayios Athanasios  makes up in apres ski and character!  Located at only a two hour distance from Thessalonica, it is a destination worth exploring, suitable for groups of friends or families that want to have fun in the snow.

Indicative prices are per person, in euro for a minimum of two persons and might change at any time. Prices are only indicative and are presented in euro per person for a group of two persons traveling together after January 5th, 2013.  Accommodation is either in Junior or Family Suites for two or one and include use of spa facilities at the five star Tagli Resort & Spa Hotel.  All packages include air ticket, airport/hotel/airport transfers, hotel accommodation with meal plan as described and all taxes.  We will be happy to hear from you and give you on the spot individualized quotation for your chosen dates. The Parnassos ski resort in Greece

The Parnassos ski area is a modern ski resort with 17 ski lifts of various types able to carry about 14700 skiers per hour.  There are 36 kilometers of well groomed pistes with length varying from a mere 50 meters to a respectable four kilometers.  Two fun parks providing opportunities for skiers and riders are also available.  What stands out at Parnassos ski resort is the off piste potential which is quite good.  Please act  responsibly if you choose to venture off piste.

The ski resort has an excellent snow record with the season usually starting mid December and lasting till the end of April.  Lift ticket prices are very reasonable being €30 per day for adults during holidays and weekends and half that for weekdays.  All the facilities you would expect from a ski resort of this size such as ski schools, equipment rentals and service, cafeterias, first aid station etc are present and easily accessible.

Kaimaktsalan ski resort ( Mt. Voras) in Greece

Kaimaktsalan enjoys some of Greece's best snow coverage with what is probably the longest ski season in the country, spanning from mid December to the end of March.  Augmenting natural snowfall is a series of snow cannons that guarantee well groomed slopes.  Despite its small size, Kaimaktsalan is an interesting ski resort with good possibilities for both learners and intermediate skiers.  A small fun park is located on the Meterizi slope.

Lift passes are extremely well priced with adult ski passes costing between €10 and €15.  Equipment rental and ski/snowboard school is available at the base of the resort.  An excursion with a tracked vehicle can be arranged taking you up to the Profitis Elias chapel all the way at the top of the mountain and an altitude of 2524 meters above sea level.
