GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

The responsibilities and liabilities of the Organizer and Retailer concerning the Consumer derive from the provisions of the Organized Travel, Holidays and Tours Law No 51(I) of 1998. Once enrolled in the excursion it is considered that you comply with all terms and conditions below.

OUR TRAVEL AGENCIES’ OBLIGATIONS:

Our travel agency is an interceder between the excursionists and the transporters, the hotels and anyone who offers services in order that every excursion will be performed in a perfect way. Due to that our travel agency does not carry any responsibility in case of weaknesses in the organization of a program that derive from these interceders. Moreover our travel agency does not carry any responsibility in case of injuries, theft, loss, luggage damage or other emergencies that may occur due to force majeure. Of course our experienced leaders are always there in order to help you face all the above so that any inconvenience will be resolved at your best interest.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE AIRLINE COMPANIES:

The regulations that modulate the obligations and the responsibilities of the airline companies decree from the Warsaw convention.

TRAVELERS’ OBLIGATIONS:

Travelers are responsible to carry the needed traveler’s document which is a valid passport. If you are a holder of a non Cyprus passport you are obliged to advise us immediately at your enrolment in order for us to check entry visa procedures. Travelers are responsible to be punctual with the schedule of the excursion. In case any participant is late the leader of the group may depart without him/ her and the traveler will loose the event or transfer without compensation and if necessary will be responsible of meeting the group at its next destination at their own cost.

IMPLEMENTATION:

Our Travel Agency will do it’s best for the most punctual implementation of the excursion. However, unexpected situations may occur and there is a possibility that the program will be differentiated before departure or during the excursion. Specifically: Α) Before departure : Our travel agency preserves the privilege to change the program or the price of the excursion. In this case the traveler preserves the privilege to cancel his participation and he will be fully compensated with the amount that he has already paid without any other demand of the agency. In case that the price is being adjusted due to exchange difference or change of freightage to 10% of the total price, the traveler does not preserve the privilege to cancel his participation without being charged with the cancellation fees. Moreover, the travel agency preserves the privilege to cancel any excursion for safety reasons or because the minimum number of participation was not fulfilled and will compensate the travelers with the amount they have already paid. Any change concerning the time of the flight or any change of the schedule with the condition that everything will be included as we first agreed is not considered a change. Β) During the excursion : The leader of the group reserves the right to make small changes in the program in case there is any danger for the travelers such as: weather conditions, war, strikes, airport and national roads closures, cancellations. Any additional cost because of the use of a more expensive means of transportation due to the above reasons will be covered from the travelers. Furthermore, in case that a land excursion/ activity is cancelled due to the above reasons the travel agency will try to compensate the travelers for the services that were not offered. C) Reservations : A reservation is guaranteed o­nly if the traveler gives a deposit of the 25% of the total cost of the excursion. The travel agency is not obligated to make guaranteed reservations over the phone. Full settlement of the balance must be made one month before departure.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE:

1 suite case of maximum 23 kilos and 1 hand luggage per passenger.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation of the participation in the excursion may occur from any traveler.  Cancellation notice must be given in writing.  Our travel agency, however, has obligations to respect towards its cooperators (hotels, airlines, travel agencies) and compensate them in case of cancellation according to the agreements that has been established among the involved parties. For this reason the following cancellation policies apply:

From enrolment date to 30 days before departure: only a Euro  85 (CYP49.74) will be kept as procedure fees.

29 - 16 days before departure: 50% of the total cost of the excursion will be refunded.

15 - 0 days before departure: no refund.

ACCEPTANCE TO THE TERMS OF PARTICIPATION:

Enrollment and participation in the excursion of our travel agency means that the traveler accepts all the terms without any further notice.
