Residents of the Kempinski Grand Arena Bansko Hotel have the option of purchasing ski passes enabling them to get priority boarding on the gondola and avoid possible queues.  This "Priority Pass" can be a significant advantage during peak season when waiting times to board the gondola can be in excess of 30 minutes.  These ski passes can exclusively be purchased from the Kempinski Grand Arena Hotel.

Lift tickets are sold at the gondola base station located next to the Kempinski Grand Arena Hotel Bansko.  Credit cards are accepted as a form of payment for the purchase of the lift tickets.  A refundable 5 Leva deposit is required for all ski lift pass tickets sold at the Bansko ski resort and not included in the above prices.  Deposits can be refunded from the machines located at the lower gondola station.  Lift pass selling stations often stay open until 11:00 pm to enable skiers and riders to purchase tickets easily and without waiting on long queues.
